Bowls: Cherry Vee

This 10" bowl is another example of my obsession with "v-shaped" bowls.

Turned from local Black Cherry, this bowl has an undercut rim and a symmetrically balanced grain pattern. My Parents have had a v-shaped glass bowl in their kitchen for as long as I can remember and for some reason, that shape makes it's way into my work on a regular basis either in a straight vee or one of my trumpet bell bowls.
